As a former Transcript Managing Editor (1968-69-70) I want to complement you on a well written, and very informative article.
The situations are not so different today as they were 45 years ago. But for a smile, I will tell you my first article for the Transcript in the Spring of 68 was also with campus safety , but one was about counterfeit parking stickers and the other on a Friday night panty Raid !! Keep up the great work
